AEM have the facilities to service, overhaul and repair just about every type and brand of pump.
That's right, AEM can repair everything from small pool and spa pumps to large industrial pumps including submersibles, multistage, borehole, engine driven, sewage, mining and drainage pumps. We also stock a wide range of spare parts for your pump, including impellers, mechanical seals, diffusers, o-rings, capacitors, and much more.
Service and Warranty Agents
AEM are Service and Warranty Agents for Davey and Onga; and can also service all other brands of pumps including KSB Ajax, Regent, Ebara, Grundfos, and many more.
Pump Engineering
In addition to selling branded prepackaged pump kits, AEM can also custom manufacture pump sets to your specifications. AEM also has a variety of machining services related to pumps including the manufacture or repair of pump bases, brackets, heat exchangers. We can also dynamically balance your pump motor to reduce vibration and extend the life of your pump.
Pump Performance Testing
The AEM workshop is equipped with a complete pump performance test facility, which can test almost every type of pump, including submersible pumps. While under test, our equipment logs data including the flowrate, pressure, voltage and current draw. Our detailed repair reports include a pump performance curve, and where possible, we compare this to the original manufacturer’s specifications.
Our test rig can handle the following:
- Flowrates up to 150 Litres/second
- Pressures up to 1600 kPa
- 240, 415 and 1000 Volt pumps
- Any brand and almost any style of pump (dry or submerged)
