Information collected
Information we collect includes details that have been provided to us by yourself for your nominated service. These details may include; Name, Address, Telephone- Mobile phone number, Fax number,  Email address, Method of payment i.e. Visa/ MasterCard details.

Commercial credit account
For customers applying for a commercial credit account with AEM, in addition to the details mentioned in the preceding paragraph, we will also collect information such as, ABN, business name, date of birth, trading history, commercial trading and banking references and guarantor details.

Use and disclosure of Personal information
We collect this information in order to further improve our products and services along with general requirements to complete warranty service, normal service and repair. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

We may occasionally send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address you have provided.

If you do not wish to receive any newsletters and or similar information you may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
